Are you talking about a marquee? If you are, use this...

Just change up to down if you want it to scroll downward.

And change 1 to whatever number you want, this will control the speed.

Or if you want a scroll box without the border, just the scroll bar...use this code...

Put your text here, if you add enough it will scroll.

GO TO PROFILE EDIT. THEN ON TOP RIGHT OF THE PAGE IT SAYS PROFILE EDITOR. CLICK IT AND KEEP CLICKIGN TILL YOU GET TO THE REAL PROF EDITOR THEN CLICK TEXT OR SOMETHING AND CLICK CLER COLOR BY THE ONE THAT SHOW BACKGROUND TEXT COLOR.
