i dont want my whole contact table but i want separate buttons.

You can hyperlink them or you can just go to a a website and find one a put it in your friend ID and then copy the code to your layout.

just go to that website and check it out. just when you past the code in your section you want it in look into the code and it will probably say "Friend ID" just go to your page and look at the URL and there should be something that says friendid=125580270%26amp;.. %26lt;--that my friend id just take that number not mine yours and put it in the "freind ID"
