You can change the height and width if you want.

For Pictures.

1) Save your picture to your computer.

2)Make a photobucket account here.

3)Browse for your image.

4)Click the 'options' link in the upper right hand corner of the upload box.

5)Make sure you choose Avatar or Thumbnail so your picture will fit if you're making the scroll box small.

6)Click save.

7)Click upload.

8)Scroll down to the picture you want.

9)Copy and paste the HTML tag.
