How do i put my Myspace comments and friends into a scroll box?

Every code i find it like puts my scroll box in the middle of the page or the top either one

i just want one where it puts it where friends and comments are meant to be :]

I am guessing that you do not want to move your bottom links over to the right side of your page, or have them sucked into your scroll box?

Alter the height to the value you want.

You will get X and Y scroll bars, unless you decrease the size of your friendSpace and FriendsComments, to make room for the scroll bar which is to the side.
