making a picture thumbnail sized in photobucket is harder than tinypic but if you insist.

once your picture is in your album look above it, there should be a tab that says edit image. click the tiny blue arrow and choose resize. from there click preset sizes and choose thumbnail. or whatever size you want.

This code should be able to do just that. Use it twice for both boxes. Just change the width and height. The inner box should be smaller.

example:
