Putting only myspace comments in a scroll box on a music profile?

Hi, I need the code to put my comments in a scroll box, not friends aswell. If there is no way can you just tell me the code for friends %26amp; comments but preferably not.

Also it ia a MUSIC PROFILE so there is no i'd like to meet section so I need to find out where to put the code.
