How do i put my heroes section on myspace in a scroll box?

i think i'ved tried every discovery that they have on here and they are not working.. all i want is a plain scroll box anyone know the code?

Try this one .. just adjust the height %26amp; width values to what you want, %26amp; put all the content for your Heroes section where it says "images and text go here". Don't forget to put %26lt;br%26gt; where needed.
